Our in-house design department works closely with our clients to find solutions to any problem no matter how complex.
The tailored nature of our engineering operations allows us to work to a detailed functional design specification or where required, to provide a detailed specification on behalf of the client.
Project planning is documented and tracked via standardised project planning software. This enables our hydraulic services team to integrate seamlessly into a client’s overall schedule. Dedicated project management ensures schedules are maintained and provides a single point of contact for the customer.
At GCL we have extensive experience in specialist standards that apply to the a range of industries, including ATEX, Lloyds and DNV. We can provide full design, liaison and certification services where a third-party input is required or integrate with a client’s existing third party arrangement.

In-house manufacturing is carried out by highly skilled technicians, working closely with engineers based at the same location. With purpose built facilities and experience specific to hydraulic component manufacture, component integrity is maintained through the use of dedicated product assembly areas and clean rooms.
Purpose built pressure testing and flushing equipment located onsite allows for system integrity to be assured prior to dispatch and commissioning. All equipment is tested prior to dispatch with test procedures either defined by the client or prepared by GCL engineers.
