GCL was incorporated in June 2017 in Ghana and is keen to develop and deliver excellent business solutions, aiming to increase end-user revenue, enhance satisfaction, and provide a real competitive edge for its customers. We help our clients boost productivity and succeed in an increasingly challenging business world by successfully integrating the latest technology products and solutions that deliver today’s mission-critical services and solutions.
We work in the industrial construction and maintenance of Oil & Gas installations, Power Plants, Mines, Processing Industry and Commercial Construction. Our main Specialties are Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering , Inspection (Non Destructive Test / NDT), Transformer Erection and Testing, Telecommunication, Homeland Security, Technical Project Support and Manpower Placement. We are present in Ghana and the West Africa Region.

GCL prides itself on maximizing local (National) content in all its previously executed and current projects. GCL presently employs more than 90% nationals and endures to train the nationals on the job with a view to further increase the local content. Localization has always been a fundamental core value of our business where GCL has been nurturing skills to encourage sustainable community development. GCL has always been committed to introducing the right people and achieving maximum local content wherever it operates. We justify this investment with the ongoing successes that can be seen in our people, projects and the communities where we work.

Resources & Man-Power
GCL employs permanent staff and a host of part-time contract workers (over 200) to ensure we are well resourced. This includes managers, engineers, safety officers and skilled and unskilled workers from varied disciplines. Our people represent the diverse communities in which we operate. Where possible GCL hires locally and makes considerable investment in training and development.
